1. General Terms & Conditions

Bdrami Casino (hereinafter referred to as "bdrami", "we", or "the Platform") is an online gaming service operating under a valid license. Although this document is published in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users, the English version shall prevail in the event of any legal dispute.

To use our services, you must meet the following basic eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is strictly prohibited.
• You are playing in your own name and for yourself — not on behalf of anyone else.
• All information you have provided is accurate and truthful.

2. Account Registration & Identity Verification

To open an account with bdrami, you will need to provide a valid email address or mobile number and a secure password, along with your full name, date of birth, and current address.

Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, payment method, or identity document is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy may result in all accounts and their balances being permanently forfeited.

For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, bdrami may request the following documents at any time:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership.

Bdrami reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until KYC verification has been completed.

3. Deposit & Payment Policy

Bdrami currently supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and other approved methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

• All deposits must be made exclusively from your own payment account.
• Deposits from third-party payment methods or credit cards are not accepted.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, bdrami may hold funds until verification is complete.
• Bank and mobile banking provider fees at the time of deposit are outside bdrami's control.

4. Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw funds from bdrami, your account must be fully verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 and the maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• If you have an active bonus, you must either cancel it or complete the wagering requirement before making a withdrawal.
• Bdrami may request additional verification in cases of unusual betting patterns.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus offers at bdrami are subject to the following general terms and conditions. Individual terms for each offer also apply.

• Wagering requirement: Wagers must be placed at a specified multiplier of the bonus amount (typically 20x–30x).
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Game limits: Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering. Only games specified in the bonus terms qualify.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Abuse: bdrami reserves the right to void all associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is found.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdrami platform:

• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Playing games using any software, bot, or automation tool.
• Intentionally exploiting game errors or bugs for personal gain.
• Colluding with other players in an attempt to harm the platform.
• Using another person's identity or payment details.

If such activity is proven, bdrami may immediately suspend the account and freeze all associated funds.

7. Account Closure & Inactivity

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Similarly, bdrami reserves the right to close or temporarily suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Evidence of a terms and conditions violation.
• Suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Providing false information.
• Directives from regulatory authorities.

If an account has been inactive for 90 days or more, bdrami may apply a monthly maintenance fee.

8. Responsible Gaming

Bdrami firmly believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. The mental well-being and financial health of our players are our highest priorities.

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Self-exclusion option.

9. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team in the first instance. We will make every effort to resolve the matter within 7 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, bdrami's server logs and RNG (Random Number Generator) records will be considered the final and definitive evidence.

10. Changes & Updates to Terms and Conditions

Bdrami reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Prior notice will be sent to your registered email or mobile number for any significant changes. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
